Who are we?
We are Caro and the Pack. Marta “mi amiga”, the Mutt, saved my life. Elsa, a belusky, changed it for the better. They are my family, my teachers, my companions. Both rescued. This is my journey in life with dogs, the relationship we have and how much we can impact each other for a better life. They inspired me into pursuing my dream with a startup where currently I’m boarding, pack walking, and training other dogs with the experience I’ve achieved with Marta and Elsa and the ISCDT Dog Trainer Program. They have taught me about patience, consistency, trust, silence, mindfulness, affection, discipline and above all unconditional love. Human/Dog relationship is what I call a true blessing.

PACK WALKS
Starting price $25
A Pack Walk is not just any walk. These structured walks are ideal for socialization and exercise for your dogs' body and mind. With repetition, the dogs in the Pack will learn to trust the leader and follow calmly. All Pack Walks include potty breaks, treats and water.
During our Pack Walks, your dog will practice the following:
- Boundaries - Front door, front gate, car door and keeping appropriate space with other dogs and people.
- Getting in and out of a car calmly with other dogs.
- Socialization while on a walk.
- Leash manners - Loose leash, heel, passing dogs, cats, or any distraction without issue.
- Sit/Stay (Waiting)
Interested in our Pack Walks?
- Send us your information using the Service Request Form (if you're a first timer) or if you're already part of the PACK just send us a Whats App message detailing service request and dates.
- We will verify that you are in our service area and that your dog meets the requirements.
- The next step is to schedule a no charge assessment MEET & GREET to make sure it is safe for your dog, the Pack leader and other dogs to integrate into the Pack.
- NOTE: Training sessions may be required before integration. We focus con behavior management and socialization.
- If your dog has special needs, let us know and we may be able to accommodate.
We mainly service the metropolitan area. All dogs must be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, on a regular flea regimen, and able to complete a 30-minute to 1-hour walk.

BOARDING
Starting price $45
Your dog will stay at our CRIB. They will be treated and cared for as if they were one of our own.
Service Includes:
- Day and night care
- PACK Walks (Depending upon age and ability your dog will have at least two 1 hour walks per day in varied locations.
- Behavioral and Recommendations Consultation
- Each dog will have a designated sleeping area.
What should I bring for my dog?
- Food: Please bring a couple of extra days in case plans change. If we run out of food supplied, your dog will receive our house food at a charge of $2.50 per meal. We can supply a bowl.
- Medication: Medication are administered at additional charge of $5. Please label the medication with your dog’s name and detailed instructions on how/when to administer.
- Personal Items: You can bring beds and blankets for their comfort while staying with us. Please do not include toys. ***We are not responsible for items that may be lost, chewed, or destroyed.
DAY CARE
Starting Price - $25
Our day care provides personalized service in our 24/7 air conditioned CRIB, from a half to a full day. Prices include treats, and Pack Walks.
- No swap half day and full day packages.
- You can only use package credits for the package purchased.
- Packages are non-refundable and expire after one year.
- Starting price $20/ride for PACK Mobile Pick up and/or Drop-off service.
- $5 Additional charge for Check-in and/or Check-out out of windows.

DROP-IN VISITS
Starting price - $20
We can visit your home up to 3-4 times a day to take care of your dogs so you don’t have to stress or worry about them or your home while you are away.
Choose the service window(s) you need and the duration of time that’s best for your pets and we’ll take care of the rest!
Each Visit Includes:
- 2 Pets ($5 per additional pet)
- Real-time update: Notes, pictures
- Potty break
- Walk (unless playtime in the backyard is preferred)
- Playtime and TLC
- Feeding and fresh water (bowls washed)
- Medication administration and/or supplements
- Wellness check
- Home area inspection
HOUSE SITTING
Starting price - $100
A house sitting at CARO&the PACK Concierge is a service where a we stay at your house to take care of your dog while you are away. This service is particularly perfect for dog owners who prefer to have their pets stay in the comfort of their own home rather than in our CRIB.
Service includes:
Care: The concierge will ensure that the dog's basic needs are met. This includes feeding, providing fresh water, and administering any necessary medications.
Pack Walks: We will also take the dog for structured and regular walks, playtime and exercise to keep the dog happy and healthy. Pack Walks will be done depending upon age and ability of your dog.
House Security: In addition to taking care of the dog, the concierge will also keep an eye on your house. We will bring in the mail, water plants, and ensure the home is secure. This helps give the client peace of mind knowing that your house is being looked after while you are away.
Personalized Attention: We will provide individualized attention to the dog, catering to your specific needs and preferences. We will follow any instructions provided by you regarding feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any other special requirements.
Updates and Communication: We will provide daily updates, keeping you informed about your dog's well-being. This will be done through WhatsApp with photos and videos.
Additional Services: We may offer additional services such as baths, training reinforcement, or administering any necessary medical treatments. Behavioral and Recommendations Report (FREE for first-time clients) - $15 for recurring requests
Overall, we offer convenience, peace of mind, and personalized care for both the dog and you. It allows your dog to stay in a familiar environment and receive individual attention while you are away.
